Teacher Workshop Topic Include:

Defining Leadership

In this workshop we discuss and go through exercises that not only helps to understand the traditional definition of leadership but to redefine it in a way that includes others who typically don’t see themselves as leaders.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Leadership is more than just a title.

  • Leading from behind, not upfront.

  • Stepping through fear to find the leader within you

  • The impact you can have on the world when you discover the leader in you.

  • This workshop is interactive with discussions and exercises among the participants.

 

Diversity & inclusion

This workshop we discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion within our society. We speak on the importance of feeling as if we belong to something bigger than ourselves and the social responsibility we have towards each other.

Workshop Objectives:

  • The importance of inclusion

  • Understand why some feel isolated in when in a group

  • The way you see yourself in society vs, the way other see you

  • Widening your circle of positive influence

  • Not letting societal stereotypes to stop you.

For best results, a maximum of 30 participants may join per session.
